The website https://vietnamguidepass.com and related services (collectively referred to as "Services") are operated by L&A Technology Co., Ltd. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. After completing the payment, you will receive a Ticket Pass in PDF format via email containing an activation code. This code is used to activate the experience on the Web App. All content, rights, and obligations in this agreement apply throughout your access and use of the service.

To purchase and use the Ticket Pass, please follow these steps:

1. Register an account: Create a personal account using Google/Facebook/email.
2. Choose card type: Select a card that suits your desired time/duration.
3. Make payment: Complete payment via the supported methods.
4. Receive and activate pass: The activation code will be sent via email for use on the Web App.

Digital delivery: Ticket Pass is sent as a PDF file via email immediately after successful payment.
No physical delivery: We do not offer printed cards or postal delivery.

You can pay easily via the following methods:
- International cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB.
- Local payment gateways: VNPAY, Vietnamese banks.
- QR code: Scan directly on the payment interface.

We respect users’ privacy and commit to data protection in accordance with Vietnamese law.
- Collected data: Includes name, email, phone number, transaction information.
- Purpose of use: Maintain service, process payment, deliver passes, and provide customer support.
- Data security: Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties without your consent.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Not yet activated: Refund request within 7 days of purchase and code has not been used.
- Cancellation within 24h: You can cancel within 24 hours with a minimum 50% processing fee.
- Processing procedure: Refund is made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Vietnam Guide Pass is committed to providing technical support and warranty service for system-related issues.
- Warranty coverage: Includes issues such as inability to access the Web App, or activation code not working due to system error.
- Conditions: The issue must not be caused by user actions and must be within the valid activation period.
- Not covered: Expired keycode, wrong device usage, code sharing, or misuse.
