By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. After completing the payment, you will receive a Ticket Pass in PDF format via email containing an activation code. This code is used to activate the experience on the Web App. All content, rights, and obligations in this agreement apply throughout your access and use of the service.

COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE

Article 1: Resolution Mechanism
All customer complaints are handled based on conciliation and mutual agreement.
If the two parties cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, either party has the right to bring the case to a competent State authority for settlement.
In the event that an issue arises due to our fault, Vietnamguidepass.com will take immediate corrective measures to ensure the customer’s rights and benefits are fully protected.

Article 3: Complaint Resolution Process

Customers may send complaints regarding services or unresolved rights and benefits to Vietnamguidepass.com using any of the methods listed above.
Step 2: Receiving and Processing the Complaint
Vietnamguidepass.com will receive and verify all customer complaints and conduct an internal investigation to validate the information.
Step 3: Responding to the Customer
Vietnamguidepass.com will respond with the results of the complaint resolution within 03 (three) working days from the date the verification process is completed.

We are committed to resolving all complaints promptly and fairly to ensure the best interests of our customers.
If a matter is beyond our capacity or authority, we will advise the customer to escalate the case to the competent State authorities in accordance with Vietnamese law.

DELIVERY POLICY

All products and services transacted on the website Vietnamguidepass.com are provided in the form of electronic documents (e-tickets, QR codes, etc.) and are delivered to the buyer via the email address provided during the transaction on the website Vietnamguidepass.com.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and a valid email address to receive service confirmations or tickets from Vietnamguidepass.com. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect contact details or email addresses provided by the buyer, including failure to receive tickets, service confirmations, or important updates related to the purchased services/tickets.

Other delivery methods (if any) will be negotiated and agreed upon between Vietnamguidepass.com and the buyer when the need arises. Any additional costs for such delivery methods (if applicable) will be mutually discussed and confirmed in writing, via message, or email.

If customers have any questions or concerns regarding our delivery policy or their orders, please contact our Customer Service Department via email at contact@vietnamguidepass.com and include your payment invoice. We will provide support within 24 working hours.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. Pricing:
All prices displayed for products are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

2. Payment Methods:
When making a booking or purchase on Vietnamguidepass.com, customers can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Method 1: Payment via QR code or mobile applications
- Method 2: Payment via domestic ATM cards
- Method 3: Payment via Visa/Master/JCB/UnionPay/American Express cards issued in Vietnam
- Method 4: Payment via VNPay
Guide Pass shall not be responsible or liable for any failure to issue electronic tickets caused by incorrect payment amounts transferred by the buyer. Any payment made after the due date will not be accepted, and such transactions will result in the failure to complete the purchase.
Guide Pass is always ready to assist and answer any questions from customers to ensure a smooth and convenient experience throughout the booking and payment process.

3. Payment Security
The payment transaction policies using international and domestic cards (Internet Banking) strictly comply with the security standards of our Payment Gateway Partners, including:
- Customer financial information is protected throughout the transaction using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
protocol.
- PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification provided by Trustwave.
- One-Time Password (OTP) authentication sent via SMS to verify account access.
- 128-bit MD5 encryption standard.
- Compliance with information security principles and financial regulations set by the State Bank of Vietnam.
The payment security policy on Vietnamguidepass.com applies as follows:
- Vietnamguidepass.com provides token storage functionality — storing only encrypted tokens provided by the
Payment Gateway Partner. We do not store customer card information directly. All payment card data security is
handled by licensed Payment Gateway Partners.
- For international cards: Payment card details that could be used to establish a transaction are not stored on the
Vietnamguidepass.com system. These are securely stored and managed by the Payment Gateway Partner.
- For domestic cards (Internet Banking): Vietnamguidepass.com only stores the order ID, transaction code, and
bank name.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guide Pass does not support cancellations or refunds once payment has been completed.
However, if your key code has not been activated, the code will remain valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
